Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Select Medical. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in identifying and transitioning patients into the next level of care, working closely with hospital case managers and physicians to ensure seamless patient transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with hospital case managers and physicians to identify and transition patients into the next level of care
  • Educate referral sources on services provided by our hospitals
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a focus on referrer satisfaction and account retention
  • Educate referred patients and families on acute rehabilitation and/or critical illness recovery programs
  • Deliver staff educational programs, hospital tours, meetings, etc. in assigned hospitals
  • Develop strategies to grow market share in core business lines in assigned hospitals
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing with at least one year of experience in a related position, preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
