Job Summary

The Quote Accelerator Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the coordination of large RFQs between Sales and Product Management teams. This individual must be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure seamless execution of daily quote processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Product Managers to coordinate large quote requests.
  • Prepare and upload large RFQ requests in Excel format to the QA system.
  • Maintain a daily log to track open, pending, and closed QA's.
  • Communicate real-time status updates to Product Managers and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Marketing Assistants to load vendor quotes and contracts into the CRM tool.
  • Update supplier pricing and lead times as necessary.
  • Run, sort, and filter expired Ship-and-Debit reports to assist in supplier contract renewals.
  • Identify valid manufacturer part numbers and understand qualified vendors of mil-spec parts.
  • Cross-train with Product Managers and Product Marketing Assistants to understand supplier policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or three plus months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to Naval Contractual Agreements.
  • Ability to report to assigned office location (Lumberton, NJ) during scheduled in-office workdays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask between projects.
