Salary
The estimated salary for this position is up to $32.00 per hour, reflecting the expertise and dedication required to provide exceptional care to our patients. Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of caregivers. In this role, you will provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting care provided in our system of record. Your responsibilities will include administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies; conducting patient assessments and coordinating care; promoting health, teaching, and training family members; and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a good standing license (LPN) in the state in which you will practice, as well as current CPR certification. You should also be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. We offer flexible scheduling options, including 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts, day/night/weekends available, to accommodate your needs and preferences.
