As a Production Supervisor 2nd Shift Leader at TreeHouse Foods, you will be responsible for leading a 12-hour shift of hourly team members in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and engagement. You will be the driving force behind continuous improvement and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate Company Policies: Train hourly team members on standard work practices and procedures for safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Interpret Specifications: Assign duties based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
- Performance Management: Provide coaching, counseling, conflict resolution, corrective action, and training programs for assigned team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain Kronos (time keeping) for all hourly employees and production records, accurately completing all reports as required by the Company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
- Leadership: Previous supervisory experience desired.
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have a strong desire to learn and take on responsibility. You should be able to communicate effectively with team members and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
