We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in our Progressive Care unit.

About this Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNC to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the unit. In partnership with our management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies, serving as a resource for staff and supporting an unparalleled patient experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring seamless transitions for our patients.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service excellence.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement among your colleagues.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, helping to ensure that our units are adequately staffed to meet the needs of our patients.
Your Qualifications
  • A Registered Nurse diploma and a valid state RN license are required.
  • You must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is also required within 30 days of employment start date.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated around $73,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. As a valued member of our team, you can expect to receive comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage, life insurance, disability coverage, and a generous retirement plan.

In addition to our excellent compensation package, you will have access to education assistance programs, employee stock purchase plans, and numerous other perks designed to support your well-being and career growth. At Research Medical Center, we value diversity and promote an inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and mutual respect.
