Insurance Sales Representative

Paul James - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

• Customer-Focused Sales Approach: Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.

• Language Skills: Be bilingual in Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing: Possess or be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license, as well as a Life and Health license.
