About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC-R Service/Install Technician to join our team at Tecta & Schwickert's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work on commercial HVAC-R systems, as well as installing new systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform HVAC-R system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work on commercial systems
  • Install new commercial HVAC-R systems, ductwork, and specialty equipment
  • Start-up and test new systems to ensure proper operation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Prefer experience in an HVAC-R related field, but not required
  • Technical school degree desired, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • EPA certification or willingness to obtain within a month of starting date
  • NATE certification or similar, DDC/Pneumatic control experience, boilers license, and refrigeration background desired
