Quality Assurance Specialist

At Disability Solutions, we're committed to excellence in quality assurance. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in quality assurance or auditing is preferred, but not required.
A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year is offered for this position, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing operator and technician proficiency programs, maintaining necessary communication with team members, and ensuring self-compliance with company policies and procedures. You'll also be responsible for evaluating customer or interplant samples prior to shipment and performing required quality checks and sampling for all lines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in quality assurance or auditing (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
