The Serenity Center is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Therapy Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our psychotherapy services in a Catskill NY assisted living home. Your primary responsibilities will include locating clients within the facility and escorting them to their appointments, liaising with our clinicians to arrange schedules, and developing strong relationships with clients to encourage them to keep their appointments. You will also be responsible for scheduling clients in advance, providing appointment reminders, and sending treatment schedules to clinicians. To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, compassion, and the ability to engage with seniors. We will provide you with all necessary training and support. As a Therapy Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clinicians to ensure seamless client interactions.
