The Sacramento County CA is seeking a skilled Healthcare Provider to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing a range of health care services involving diagnosis, assessment, treatment, and clinical management of patients in a public health center or a public health/field services program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical examinations, laboratory and screening tests, therapeutic treatments, education, counseling, referral, and clinical duties customarily performed by physicians.
- Work cooperatively with other medical care providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and developments to ensure the highest level of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
Applicants must possess a current valid license as a registered nurse and a Nurse Practitioner certification issued by the State of California. A California driver's license, Class III (now C) or higher may be required for some positions.
Working Environment
This is a continuous filing exam, and the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced public health center or public health/field services program.
