Treatment Center Director/Program Director Job Description

BAART Programs is seeking an experienced and skilled Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the clinic, ensuring that we provide high-quality patient care and meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and auxiliary staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve clinic goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve clinic performance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, and Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and CARF/JCAHO regulations.
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure manuals, ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to promote the clinic's services and reputation.
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations, HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to recommend alternative solutions, execute, and monitor.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the company.
  • Customer service-focused, eager, and energetic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
