As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, managing the store's appearance and stock during peak hours, handling high volumes of transactions with efficiency, and ensuring a secure and safe shopping environment.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the store's appearance and stock during peak hours, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, including processing payments, making change, and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment by monitoring the store for potential safety hazards, reporting incidents, and following company procedures for emergency situations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 years old in some states)
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
