Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the store's appearance and stock during peak hours, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, including processing payments, making change, and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ensure a secure and safe shopping environment by monitoring the store for potential safety hazards, reporting incidents, and following company procedures for emergency situations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive work environment.
