**Essential Job Functions:**

  • Maintain adequate inventory levels at designated stations
  • Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness standards are met
  • Assist in daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations to meet customer demands
  • Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately to meet customer expectations
  • Operate forklift to pick, replenish, shuffle, and load orders efficiently
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations as part of daily operations
  • Meet productivity quotas as scheduled to support team goals

**Position Qualifications:**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with floor supervisors and coworkers
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Ability to stand for at least 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
  • Ability to push/pull up to 100 pounds when required
  • Certification on packing machine and/or forklift operation
  • Ability to speak conversational English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Adherence to company attendance and punctuality requirements
