**Job Summary**

Parallel Employment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support production operations, ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
  • Assemble and package products
  • Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards
  • Prepare and organize materials for production
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
  • Reliable and punctual

**Compensation:** $16.86 per hour
