Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition. This will involve assessing damage, planning repairs, and executing them using various tools and techniques. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality results while meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Successful completion of a technical school program is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess vehicle damage and plan repairs.
  2. Use various tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
  3. Weld and attach parts as needed.
  4. Prepare and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or agreed-upon equivalent.
  5. Ensure all work is executed correctly by inspecting vehicles after repair.
Work Environment and Requirements:
  • You must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
  • You must be able to lift up to 30-50 pounds at times.
  • You must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions.
