CSA PM1 Technician

Warren Power & Machinery is seeking a skilled CSA PM1 Technician to join our team. As a CSA PM1 Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of customer equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

• Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Perform regular field inspections and oil sample pulls on engines to identify potential issues and ensure equipment is running efficiently.
• Reporting and Communication: Report any problems or anticipated repairs to CSA supervisors, customers, and PSSR teams in a clear and concise manner.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Education and Certifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and valid driver's license with a good driving record. CDL certification is also required.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and computer skills are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and follow instructions.

The CSA PM1 Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The position requires frequent lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
