Join Our Team

We are looking for a talented Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at Everon LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume sales environments, with a strong understanding of security solutions and their applications. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • SALES GROWTH: You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • MARKET EXPANSION: You will contribute to the expansion of our customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume sales environments, preferably in the security industry.
  • A strong understanding of security solutions, including fire alarm/life-safety, intrusion alarm, access control, video surveillance, nurse-call, and low-voltage systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits, bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement.
