We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our Cafe team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers, while also providing exceptional service and ensuring that every drink and treat meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and building rapport to create a loyal customer base.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, using a variety of techniques and ingredients to create unique and delicious offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions, making recommendations to customers and driving sales.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
