Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Big Sandy Superstore. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products and drive sales.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will work closely with Store Management, Buyers, and Visual Manager to meet corporate and store objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Create effective visual merchandising strategies to promote products and enhance the shopping experience
  • Work with Inventory Specialists to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management
  • Run weekly reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize display layouts
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the store
Requirements
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and best practices
