Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at the University of California, Irvine. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a range of diagnostic radiologic procedures using CT technology.

Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans on patients to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Operate CT scanners and other equipment to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in CT technology and imaging techniques
Requirements
  • Current ARRT certification in CT
  • Fluoroscopy license/certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Competent in venipuncture or venipuncture certification
  • CRT license/certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited radiology program
