Key Responsibilities- Assist in the annual financial planning cycle, focusing on both operational and capital expenditures.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports and analyses for critical areas such as operating costs, capital investments, inventory management, and working capital.
- Facilitate operational finance and accounting tasks, including maintenance of cost centers and general ledger, as well as financial consolidations.
- Contribute to the enhancement and utilization of a centralized reporting system.
- Support digital initiatives, including investment evaluations and business model development.
- Conduct return on investment (ROI) assessments for both new and ongoing operational expense projects.
- Promote a mindset of financial accountability among operational budget managers to enhance the ROI of expenditures.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) functions, while continuously seeking avenues for quality and productivity enhancements.
- Prepare comprehensive operating packages for various business segments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of five years of experience in an analytical capacity within a medium to large organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with business intelligence software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time is required.
