Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Temporaries of New England, Inc. as a key member of our maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair of residential properties, with a focus on ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, including light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers and snow blowers.
