Autism Systematic Skill Builder Position

At FOCUS BEHAVIOR HEALTH INC, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Systematic Skill Building Staff to join our team. As a Systematic Skill Building Staff, you will provide direct and indirect support to individuals with autism in their home and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and support skills related to community integration, social skills, and activities of daily living using systematic approaches of applied behavioral analysis interventions.
- Implement and train CS staff and participants for skills based on the goals and objectives for participant.
- Develop and maintain GAS charts and SBP as needed.
- Provide training and consultation to family members and waiver providers on the purpose, objectives, methods, and documentation of the SBP.
- Attend and provide feedback at ISP Meetings.
- Responsible for the daily health and safety of the individuals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with autistic individuals.
- Professional technology skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of computers and iPads.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with groups and individuals.
Compensation:
Salary (dependent on experience), mileage reimbursement, and bonus payments contingent upon meeting new hire expectations for submission timelines and performance.
