Healthcare Assistant

As a Caregiver - Hospice Setting at Falcon Healthcare Inc., you will provide compassionate care to patients in need. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and comfort needs, such as toileting and elimination, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves. You will also observe and report the condition of the patient to the appropriate supervisor, assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises, and perform patient-related procedures like measuring and documenting intake and output, blood glucose monitoring, urine specimen collections, and vital sign measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients, including toileting, bathing, and grooming
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Observe and report patient condition to supervisor
- Perform patient-related procedures, such as vital sign measurements and blood glucose monitoring
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a strong commitment to patient care and comfort. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
