Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at True Team Medical. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals and providing clinical supervision to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of mental health professionals and provide clinical supervision to ensure the highest quality of care for clients
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and services
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health leadership or supervision
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
