Job Title: Journeyman Plumber

At QLM, Skilled Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Mentor and supervise apprentice plumbers to ensure their development and growth.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
