Job Overview

RideNow Powersports is on the lookout for a knowledgeable Powersports Technician, either at the A or B level, to enhance our service department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in both contemporary and classic motorcycles, demonstrating the ability to conduct precise diagnostics and deliver high-quality repairs across a diverse range of vehicles, including Metric Cruisers, Sportbikes, Vintage Bikes, Side-by-sides, and ATVs.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a motorcycle technician
  • Possession of a complete set of tools
  • Current Motorcycle Endorsement required
  • Open to various technician levels, from entry-level to Master A/B technicians
  • Preferably a graduate from MMI/UTI or a similar accredited program
  • Must have a clean driving record with a valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Successful completion of a thorough background check is mandatory
