Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Supervisor to lead our early childhood program at the Treehouse Kids Adventure Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 12 weeks through 3 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive early childhood program that meets the needs of our young guests
  • Supervise and support a team of childcare staff to ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and facilities maintenance
  • Collaborate with other departments to execute operations and expand product knowledge and understanding
  • Ensure compliance with Colorado State Licensing requirements and maintain accurate staff files
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 seasons in the Childcare industry preferred
  • College degree required
  • Strong computer skills, including Point of Sale software, scheduling software, and Microsoft products
  • Past childcare supervisory experience required
