Core Responsibilities- Establish and sustain resource-loaded project timelines.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather essential project data.
- Track project advancements and refresh schedules accordingly.
- Evaluate schedule discrepancies and propose corrective measures.
- Compile and deliver schedule reports, including critical path evaluations.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives.
- Conduct periodic schedule assessments and risk evaluations.
- Support the development of project control methodologies.
- Facilitate training and provide assistance on Primavera P6.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 6 years in project planning and scheduling.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management concepts.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and additional scheduling applications.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to manage several projects concurrently.
- PMP or PMI-SP certification is advantageous.
- Experience with Power BI for reporting is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
