About the Role
We are seeking a skilled RN Circulator to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a Circulator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
- Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the operating room
- Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure efficient room turnover
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least one year of experience in a surgical setting
