Job Summary:

UnityPoint Health is seeking a skilled RN to join our Renal/Uro/Transplant team at Methodist Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process.
Complete documentation to assure an accurate record of patients care.
Utilize critical thinking in making independent judgments, and maintain responsibility for the knowledge of conditions of assigned patients.
Collaborate with physicians and other professionals in planning and implementing care within hospital policy and legal limitations.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or IA Board of Nursing approved nursing program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Current active Iowa License to practice as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of six months RN experience.
Department of Labor Level III (Medium) Work. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment strength and agility test at Medium Level of Work.
