Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Primrose School. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our students and staff.

• Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our students and staff.
• Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an appealing manner.
• Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

• Education: A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
• Certifications: A valid food safety certification and a valid driver's license.
