Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aramark, a leading food and facilities service provider, as a Food Service Worker I. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various food and beverage-related tasks, requiring individuals with a high attention to detail and strong dedication to customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a positive and friendly demeanor. The position will also require flexibility and willingness to work a multifaceted schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a timely manner and deliver exemplary customer service.
  • Prepare and serve hot food, maintaining accurate handling of all food products and equipment to ensure food safety standards.
  • Expedite orders in the kitchen, ensuring they are sent out to the right tables in a reasonable time frame.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the food service work area, adhering to daily side work requirements and completing logs in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate accounts and spoilage records, respecting guest complaints and maintaining a positive attitude.


Qualifications:
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and energy.
  • Report to work on time and in complete uniform, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse population.


About the Role:
This position may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.

Aramark offers a competitive salary range, estimated at $25,000 - $35,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
