ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a dedicated CNC Plasma Cutting Specialist.
The CNC Plasma Cutting Specialist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC oxy/plasma cutting machines, utilizing overhead cranes for loading and unloading steel plates, ensuring that the finished products meet all specifications, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Summary:
We are in search of a skilled CNC plasma cutting operator.
The operator will be tasked with setting up, maintaining, and operating Kinetic K2500 and K5000XMC machines, using overhead cranes for material handling, employing calibrated measuring tools to verify product specifications, and adhering to 5S practices to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret CAD drawings, symbols, and notes effectively.
- Select appropriate machine settings for optimal cutting performance.
- Measure materials to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Choose the correct material type, stock size, and dimensions.
- Accurately transfer data onto materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Keep precise records of daily operations and material usage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating CNC plasma, Kinetic, and oxy machines.
- Ability to interpret CAD drawings, symbols, and notes.
- Proficient in using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers with precision.
- Experienced with overhead crane operations.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
