Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our Orthopedic Operating Room team at Duke University Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced and specialized nursing care to patients undergoing orthopedic surgery
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in continuous professional development and education to stay up-to-date on the latest orthopedic procedures and technologies
Requirements
  • Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse
  • BLS (or higher) certification
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience (1+ years) as a clinical nurse in an orthopedic setting
