Job Overview

As a Mobile Associate, you'll work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You'll be a brand ambassador who builds energy and excitement around our products and services, passionate about the connected world and thriving in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience, and building loyalty.
  • Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
  • Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
  • Become skilled with and consistently use digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
  • Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it (Required)
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
  • Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues (Required)
Benefits

As a Mobile Associate, you'll be eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Additionally, you'll have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays.
