Opportunities for career advancement Bartenders play a crucial role in crafting beverages for patrons according to established recipes, while also serving food to guests in the bar area.

Responsibilities include assisting with Busser, Food Runner, and Barista tasks as needed. A friendly and accommodating attitude, along with the ability to multitask, are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests following recipes and standards.
• Maintain stock levels of alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Efficiently manage a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining room orders.
• Safely transport food or beverages to tables.
• Handle various liquids safely, including cleaning solutions and alcohol.
• Effectively use necessary tools and equipment, including knives and blenders.
• Communicate effectively to follow job requirements.
• Multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Work in a confined space with varying noise and temperature levels.
• Lift and move items as required.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs.
• Greet guests warmly and sincerely.
• Handle guest challenges with tact and patience.
• Change beer kegs and CO2 tanks safely.
• Wash and sanitize glassware properly.
• Maintain security of bar stock and inventory.
• Manage bar cash drawer responsibly.
• Recognize and manage intoxicated guests appropriately.
• Accurately process payments and balance sales.
• Respond knowledgeably to menu inquiries.
• Promote current specials to guests.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete alcohol awareness training.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
