The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in our team, assisting nurses in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our residents.
  • Observe and respect resident rights, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents, ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Support nurses in giving treatments and examining residents, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns.
  • Participate in restorative and rehab care, working under the guidance of licensed nurses.
  • Demonstrate dependability and punctuality, adhering to our facility's scheduling and attendance policies.
Requirements
  • Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice and employment.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel, promoting a positive and respectful team environment.
