Job Overview:
Advantage SCI is in search of experienced Lead Security Analysts to provide support for criminal history record information and law enforcement assistance programs.

The role involves the capability to request, receive, inventory, track, and audit law enforcement records and criminal investigations to ensure timely and precise entry into various Department of Justice (DoJ) and Department of Defense (DoD) databases.

Occasional travel may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee functional case management systems and identify signs of non-compliance.
2. Review reports from external partners to detect non-compliance issues.
3. Monitor field-unit corrections of non-compliance and compile compliance rates in monthly reports.

4. Extract and digitally organize criminal case files and records to prepare responses to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

5. Receive, track, and formulate responses to information requests from stakeholders utilizing access to sensitive government systems concerning personnel and criminal history records.

6. Evaluate case management system data following established government procedures and departmental guidelines to provide recommendations on the compliance of cases, reports, investigations, citations, notifications, and other documents with administrative and criminal indexing standards.

Minimum qualifications include 10 years of relevant and specialized experience in law enforcement or criminal justice, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in researching, analyzing, and updating criminal history databases, statistics, and reports is essential.
Experience in identifying and rectifying errors in criminal indexing submissions, biometric collections, and dispositions is required.
Familiarity with reviewing, assessing, and archiving administrative and criminal history incidents and investigations is also necessary.
Experience with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and in law enforcement is preferred.

Working Conditions:
Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
Capability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
