Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Wichita Falls, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic wounds, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, and surgical wounds
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including wound debridement, dressing changes, and topical therapies
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into patient care

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wound care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
