Job Description
We are seeking a certified fitness professional to join our team as a Personal Development Specialist. As a member of our community, you will have the opportunity to help individuals achieve their wellness goals and grow with a growing company. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized fitness plans, provide ongoing support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality fitness programs tailored to individual client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other trainers to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for growth
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in 1-on-1 coaching
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., personal training, group fitness)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401k matching.
