Job Overview

Position Title: Labeling Specialist

Department: Production

Reporting To: Production Manager

Employment Type: Full Time - Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of labels for production processes.
  • Utilize the Produce Pro ERP system and labeling machinery to generate precise labels.
  • Engage in effective communication with the Sales, Quality, and Production teams.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Ensure complete processing of orders.
  • Manage and operate labeling equipment.
  • Verify that the correct labels are affixed to products.
  • Document product-specific details, equipment downtime, and promptly report any issues to the Supervisor and Maintenance team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Physical requirement: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule: 6AM - 6PM, Monday through Saturday.
