Job Description
The Teller I works in a TD Store location and plays a key role in delivering legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency. This involves executing TD's Brand promise to customers by consistently executing appropriate behaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience in the Store, performing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently, responding to and resolving customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures and escalating to management as necessary, engaging in lobby leadership by orchestrating customer flow, warmly welcoming customers, and guiding appropriately, and understanding customer preferences with banking (when and how they want) and educating customers on self-service/digital options that meet their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require high school diploma or GED, 6 months work related experience preferred; or equivalent can be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, military experience, ability to work during operating hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled, demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment, excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
