About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Senior Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop restaurant employees to build a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, driving sales growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of culinary operations, including menu planning, food safety, and inventory management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds at a time.
