About the Position
  • Salary: $22 per hour (estimated)
  • Location: Timeline Logistics

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage the preparation and packaging of outgoing shipments according to company standards.
  2. Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping information.
  3. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  4. Track shipments and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  5. Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
  • Skills: Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
