Soliant is seeking a skilled School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in assessing and evaluating students' speech, language, and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Provide speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Monitor student progress and document therapy sessions to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Rhode Island state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
