1. Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible while maintaining a strong customer service philosophy.
2. Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
3. Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously to help resolve resident issues.
4. Be aware of company and community policies and explain them to residents and potential residents.
5. Have a comprehensive working knowledge of all lease-related documents and accurately complete them in a timely manner.
6. Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with Drucker + Falk Company policy.
7. Enter data relative to residents and potential residents into the computer in accordance with company policy.
8. Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention and renewal program to achieve optimum increases and conversion ratios.
9. Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure market-ready status.
10. Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
11. Be aware of rent levels and amenities of competitive communities.
12. Be aware of all community and area facts and statistics.
13. Assist in preparing the competitive market survey report as needed.
14. Greet new residents and assist with the move-in process.
15. Verify application data.
16. Qualify potential residents.
17. Show the model and available ready vacancies.
18. Participate in the coordination of community-sponsored events.
19. Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through the company's in-house training program.
20. Travel is required, and reasonable use of your vehicle is required from time to time.
