About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Director to lead our online presence and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Ecommerce strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Ecommerce Strategy
    • Design and implement a comprehensive Ecommerce strategy to drive business growth and increase revenue
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue-generating projects, such as conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journey mapping, and A/B testing
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience and increase Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Optimize Ecommerce Platform
    • Oversee the optimization of our Ecommerce platform to deliver a best-in-class user experience
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Manage Inventory and Product Assortments
    • Manage inventory and product assortments to align with sales targets and customer needs
    • Work closely with our content team to ensure product descriptions, visuals, and promotions are on-brand and engaging
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, with a solid background in DTC environments and a knack for operational excellence and growth
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of web technologies and analytics tools
    • Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
