Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the aggregates, asphalt, construction, or related industry is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the marketing area is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Construction Management is required.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge, market conditions, and competition.
  • Excellent verbal, written communications, and presentation skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
