Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and margin expansion through strategic market management.
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Prospect and capture new customers, leveraging Salesforce to track and analyze sales performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the aggregates, asphalt, construction, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the marketing area is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Construction Management is required.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge, market conditions, and competition.
- Excellent verbal, written communications, and presentation skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
