COMPENSATION:

Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops a comprehensive monthly reporting package detailing period and year-to-date financial results in partnership with finance leads.
  • Assists in forecasting for the current fiscal year.
  • Facilitates the annual budgeting process in collaboration with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Human Resources.
  • Prepares financial statements including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
  • Offers insights into the performance of the Corporate Business Unit, focusing on General and Administrative costs.
  • Maintains and updates the Company's Strategic Plan model, incorporating changes in volume, pricing, inflation, and productivity expectations.
  • Conducts ad hoc business analyses as directed by the Finance leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Food & Beverage industry is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen awareness of audience.
  • Proficient in data management and systems.
  • Strong quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills are preferred, including the ability to create macros, use VLOOKUP, and index match.
